Howard Friedman will speak about civil rights cases on a panel at the Federal Court

On June 8, 2015, Howard will speak to other legal professionals in a program entitled, “Litigating Civil Rights Cases under Section 1983.” Along with other distinguished speakers and federal judges, Howard will help practitioners understand how to bring successful lawsuits using the federal civil rights statute and the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act.
