Motorcycle accident

We represented the estate of a young woman, a passenger on a motorcycle, in a suit against the estate of the motorcycle driver who made a turn at an excessive speed, resulting in the fatal crash. We attached assets of the estate and obtained a settlement greater than the amount of the driver's insurance coverage.

Automobile accident

We represented a man whose car was hit from behind. He suffered a neck injury requiring disk surgery and fusion. At arbitration, the client obtained a settlement.

Automobile accident

We represented a man who was walking across a street in the crosswalk when he was hit by a police car. Our client suffered injuries to his foot and hip, which required surgery. The client was out of work for several months because of his injuries. The police officer said he did not see the client. This case was successfully resolved under the state tort claims act.
