With blatant disregard for people’s Constitutional and civil rights, the DA prosecuted the cases despite the knowledge that police officers had planted the guns and drugs.

Police officers have been accused of planting drugs and guns on people all over the country. In Lowell, Massachusetts, the FBI is investigating allegations that Lowell police officers relied on confidential informants to plant drugs on innocent victims.
